Clairin

Clairin Rhum is released by Velier SpA, based in Genoa, Italy, where Luca Gargano, with his many years of experience, imports rum as an independent bottler. Clairin is a type of rum produced only in Haiti, where there are more than 500 small agricultural distilleries that produce spirits from pure sugarcane juice. Oxen and carts are most often used to bring in the sugarcane, and these are truly micro-distilleries with very old traditions. A fascinating story about a 100% natural "rum." The general rule is that Clairin is double-distilled and then bottled directly. Nevertheless, you get an incredibly soft and full-bodied taste, and Clairin Rhum can easily be enjoyed neat.
