Cognac comes from the Cognac region in France, where it is produced according to strict classifications and quality regulations. Cognac is distilled white wine, primarily aged in French Limousin oak barrels. VS is aged for a minimum of 2 years, VSOP is aged for a minimum of 4.5 years, and XO is aged for a minimum of 10 years. We carry cognac from houses such as Drouet, Frapin, Gilles Brisson, and Roullet.
