Cane Island

Cane Island is a series of selected rums from Central America and the Caribbean, distinguished by being particularly characteristic of their respective regions. Cane Island rums can be either Single Island Blends or Single Estate Rums. Single Island Blends are rum blends from different distilleries but from the same island, while Single Estate Rums are rums that come from the same distillery. What all Cane Island rums have in common is that they are all aged in the tropics. Aging in a tropical climate results in greater interaction between the rum and the cask, leading to an aging process that is three times more intense than in temperate climates.
