Cane Island Single Estate Trinidad Sherry Cask Finish 8 Years Old Rum is a limited edition rum, distilled by Trinidad Distillers in the Caribbean. The rum is then aged for 8 full years in white oak barrels in the tropical climate at the distillery in Trinidad. After aging, the rum is finished in former Oloroso casks for 9 months, which has added a fantastic touch of sweetness and sherry notes to this fruity and characterful rum.
Cane Island Single Estate Trinidad Sherry Cask Finish 8 Years Old Rum has a dark amber color and a warm taste with pleasant notes of ripe banana and oak. A pleasant balance between spicy woody taste and delicate sweetness, followed by a very mild finish. 43% – 70 cl.
