Thy Bøg Danish Single Malt Whisky
Thy Whisky started as a family-owned company in 2010, and the distillery is currently still run as a family business. Thy Whisky uses grain from its own organic fields, has designed its very own malting system, and uses a completely unique "single distillation" process to preserve as much malt and grain aroma as possible.
This Bøg "Core Expression" Danish Single Malt Whisky is based on their own barley, which is malted on the family farm and smoked with beech wood before being aged in Oloroso sherry casks.
Thy Bøg Danish Single Malt Whisky is warm and sweet with notes of baked fruits, malty richness, dried fruit, and beech wood smoke.
Single Estate organic whisky. Non-chill filtered and natural colour. 50% - 70 cl.
