Thy Whisky

Thy Whisky started as a family-owned company in 2010, and the distillery is currently still run as a family business by Ellen, Andreas, Marie, and Jakob. Thy Whisky uses grain from its own organic fields, has designed its very own malting system, and employs a unique "single distillation" process to preserve as much malt and grain aroma as possible. In our Thy Whisky assortment, you'll find the "Core Expression" bottles: Thy, Spelt-Rye, and Bøg, and we also hope to occasionally have some of their limited editions such as Caramel Malt or others.
