Plantation Xaymaca Special Dry is an "old-school" Jamaican rum. It is 100% pot still distilled and boasts intense, traditional "rum funk" aromas and flavors of overripe banana and flambéed pineapple. Plantation Xaymaca has matured in former cognac casks. Nose: complex, almost slightly smoky, with ripe fruit such as banana, orange, pineapple, and slightly herbaceous notes, vanilla, and bread. Taste: dry, with a floral and fruity profile. Pear, grapefruit, ripe apple, coconut milk, bread, and nuts. 43% – 70 cl.
