Isle of Fionia Skumring Vintage 2017 Single Malt Danish Whisky is a Limited Edition single cask release from Nyborg Destilleri. The whisky has been matured in a 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry Butt, cask #10000071.
Nyborg Destilleri has been creating whisky since 2009, but it was only from 2017 that all whisky was distilled and matured in the charming buildings in Nyborg on Funen, so this Isle of Fionia Skumring Vintage 2017 Single Malt Danish Whisky dates all the way back to that time.
When you smell Isle of Fionia Skumring, you find dried fruit, vanilla, caramel and dry Oloroso. The taste/aftertaste offers notes of caramel, clove, tobacco and leather. The whisky is intense, beautifully balanced and absolutely delicious (we think so ourselves).
Only 638 bottles. Organic. 56.3% - 70 cl.
