Glenfiddich Fire & Cane Experimental Series #04 is Malt Master Brian Kinsman's fusion of two bold flavour profiles. An unexpected combination of Glenfiddich's rarely seen peated whisky, which has undergone a 3-month finish in rum casks carefully selected by him from several South American countries. Together, Glenfiddich's sweet and fruity signature style meets this surprising element of caramel-toffee sweetness. Nose: soft peat smoke, rich caramel-toffee sweetness, citrus, and spicy notes. Taste: soft Highland peat smoke, oak notes, caramel-toffee, fruits, and an almost baked apple dessert. 43% – 70cl.
