Foursquare Epilogue Exceptional Cask Selection Single Blended Rum (Mark XXXI) is from the Foursquare Rum Distillery in Barbados, where the ideological Richard Seale produces natural rum without added sugar. This rum is the 31st and, unfortunately, the last release in the classic Exceptional Cask Selection series, which experiments with different casks and higher alcohol percentages.

The unique Foursquare Epilogue rum is a blend of pot still rum and column distilled rum, tropically aged for no less than 19 years in ex-bourbon barrels. In fact, we can't recall ever seeing an older Foursquare bottling.

The rum has no added sugar, no color adjustment, and no chill-filtration to preserve its natural flavor.
