Teeling

Teeling is an Irish whiskey from Dublin, where Jack and Steven Teeling jointly continue the family's proud whiskey traditions, originally started by Walter Teeling back in 1782. The production process includes the use of an "open wooden vat" and "closed stainless steel fermentation." In recent years, Teeling Whiskey Company / Teeling Whiskey Distillery has won numerous medals, such as World Whiskies Awards Best Irish Grain 2017 and World Whiskies Awards Best Irish Single Malt 2017. The Teeling whiskey series includes their Single Grain and Small Batch editions.
