Worthy Park Select Rum

Worthy Park Select is rum produced from Worthy Park's own sugar cane and distilled, aged, blended, and bottled at the Worthy Park Estate. The molasses is distilled in copper pot stills and then aged in ex-bourbon barrels of American white oak in a tropical climate. The rum is a blend of selected casks that have aged for 4 to 12 years, resulting in a smooth, delicate rum. Worthy Park Select has aromas of vanilla, cinnamon, tropical fruit, orange, and banana, with flavor notes of molasses, chocolate, and a hint of peach, followed by creamy caramel notes and oak. 40% – 70 cl.

Worthy Park

For many years, the Worthy Park Estate distillery primarily exported their rum, but gradually a number of Worthy Park bottlings are now being released directly from the distillery. Worthy Park uses molasses in their production, and the rum is distilled in copper pot stills. Among Worthy Park's own bottlings, one can find Rum Bar Overproof, Single Estate Reserve, and a range of limited Special Cask Double Maturation Releases such as Oloroso, Madeira, Sherry, and Port.
