Woodford Reserve Double Oaked Bourbon Whiskey
Woodford Reserve Double Oaked Kentucky Straight Bourbon is distilled in traditional copper pot stills - the only bourbon in Kentucky to do so. What also makes this bourbon special is that it has undergone an additional maturation in "heavily toasted, lightly charred" oak barrels, which enhances the sweet, soft oak character of the whiskey. The aroma reveals notes of dark fruit, caramel, honey, chocolate, marzipan, and toasted oak. The taste offers hints of vanilla, caramel, hazelnuts, apple, fruit, and spices, while the finish adds honey and apple. Woodford Reserve Double Oaked Kentucky Straight Bourbon won double gold at the 2023 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. 43.2% - 70 cl.
