Vermouth Moderne Pink Grape - The Clumsy Bear
The "regular" Vermouth Moderne from Den Klodsede Bjørn has been a huge hit with many vermouth lovers, and now Naja and Frederik Plum are back with Vermouth Moderne Pink Grape. This time it's a limited edition, which, as usual, is made from grapes from Heiko Hoos' cousin's vineyard in Pfalz.
Vermouth Moderne Pink Grape is extra fruity because it has been infused with peel from ripe pink grapefruits. This has resulted in an extra intense flavour in this already sweet, sour, and spicy beauty of a bottle.
Limited Edition, sour, sweet, and spicy. You can enjoy it in cocktails or simply with ice cubes and a slice of orange. Alternatively, as a simple highball with tonic or grape soda.
