Torres Jaime I brandy is made exclusively from the Parellada grape. The long aging in oak barrels using the solera method and a blend of very old brandies give Torres Jaime I its vintage character and a beautiful, dark mahogany color. The taste is complex, yet balanced, with notes of vanilla, walnut, plums, cedar, and sandalwood. Torres Jaime I comes in a bottle that is a work of art in itself, with its curved, organic shapes paying homage to fellow countryman Antonio Gaudi. 38%, 70cl
