The Macallan Harmony Collection Vibrant Oak whisky is the fourth release in the Harmony Collection, created in collaboration with the Canadian entertainment company, Cirque du Soleil.
The Harmony Collection is an annual release series where each release features distinctive and innovative packaging that seeks to give new life to organic by-products that have completed their usual course. It combines innovative techniques with materials from the natural world at the end of their lifecycle to see them reborn with a renewed purpose. In this case, with the Vibrant Oak release, the gift boxes are produced from the waste materials of the casks.
The Macallan Harmony Collection Vibrant Oak Single Malt whisky has matured in American and European sherry casks. The aroma is rich with vanilla, sorbet, and lime, accompanied by pear. The taste profile offers a rich vanilla panna cotta, shortbread, coconut, almonds, apple, and oak. 44.2% - 70 cl.
