The Dalmore Cigar Malt Reserve Single Malt Whisky
The Dalmore Cigar Malt Reserve whisky is made to be enjoyed with a good cigar, and to achieve the perfect, complementary flavor notes, the whisky has matured in 3 different casks. Most of the maturation took place in former Oloroso Sherry casks, followed by aging in American white oak casks and a short finish in French Cabernet Sauvignon wine casks from Bordeaux. The Dalmore Cigar Malt Reserve whisky smells of cinnamon, vanilla, red fruits, and a hint of smoke. It has taste notes of tropical fruit, caramel sauce, banana, and vanilla ice cream with orange peel, dark chocolate, and spices in the finish. A delightful companion to a cigar or as a grand finale to a good meal. The Dalmore Cigar Malt Reserve whisky won double gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2016. 44% – 70 cl.
