The Balvenie 25 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is part of the distillery's Rare Marriages series. With this edition, David Stewart has succeeded in creating a whisky with sweetness, spicy nuances, and a refined roundness. The Balvenie 25 Year Old Single Malt Whisky has honey, soft oak notes, and a hint of candied orange peel on the nose. On the palate, you'll find notes of vanilla, toasted marshmallows, fruit salad, and apple pie with cinnamon, leading to a very long finish. 48% - 70 cl.

Balvenie
The Balvenie whisky distillery, located in Dufftown in the Speyside region, is a neighbour to Glenfiddich and dates back to the 1890s. The distillery still carries out its own malting, where the germinating barley is turned by hand. Balvenie single malt whisky is primarily matured in American bourbon casks, while certain variants are finished in European oak sherry casks. The whisky is often characterised as full-bodied with notes of honey.
