This Tanduay Overproof Reserve Dark Rum is a rum from the Philippines, and it is fundamentally different in character from Don Papa, which also comes from there.
Tanduay Overproof Reserve Dark Rum can be classified as medium-sweet, and with an extra "kick" as it is bottled at a higher alcohol percentage. The rum is a blend of column distillates and pot still rum, and it is aged for a minimum of 3 years in bourbon barrels.
In aroma and taste, you will find vanilla, caramel, and tropical fruits. 50.5% - 70 cl.
