Stauning R.Y.E. PX Sherry Oak Whisky of Denmark is a 2026 release from Danish Stauning Whisky, and it even comes in the "beautiful new bottle" with a matching gift box.

Stauning R.Y.E. PX (Pedro Ximenez) Sherry Oak is based on Stauning's signature whisky, which is made from locally grown Danish rye and barley. The grains are 100% floor-malted at the distillery, double-distilled in small copper pot stills heated over direct fire, and aged in Virgin Oak casks. Last – but not least – the whisky has received a long finish in PX sherry casks, which elevates the whisky towards darker fruit, warm sweetness, and extra depth without overpowering the rye.

When nosing this Stauning R.Y.E. PX Sherry Oak Whisky, warm baking spices and dark dried fruit are perceived. The taste offers caramelized fig, ripe plum, and toasted oak. The finish is long and fruity.
