Stauning KAOS Whisky is a Danish whisky from Stauning, near Skjern, on the Jutland heath. Stauning KAOS whisky is a blend of Peat, Rye, and Heather, and it is arguably the most versatile whisky from the Stauning distillery, with complex notes of smoke, spice, and sweetness. Stauning KAOS Whisky is aged 3-5 years in 1st Fill Maker's Mark bourbon barrels and Virgin American Oak Heavy Char barrels. In the Whisky Bible 2017, Jim Murray awarded the 2nd edition of this whisky 94.5 points, stating: "Just too ridiculously beautiful. So many questions… so many confusing but magnificently delicious answers". 47.1% ABV - 70 cl.
