Snaps Bornholm No6 is organically produced at De Bornholmske Spritfabrikker in Nexø, made by the 3 good friends: Simon Lorentzo Jensen, John Oxlade and Jesper Kleine Rasmussen. In the Snaps Bornholm No6 Blueberry & Lemon edition, we experience lemons, which only truly found their place in Danish cuisine about 300 years ago, and blueberries, which we in Scandinavia have enjoyed for a long time. They grow particularly well on Bornholm and provide a good balance in this snaps. Together with a spiral-cut lemon peel, it results in a snaps that both tingles the palate and leaves a pleasant aftertaste. 40% – 50cl.
