Smith & Cross Traditional Jamaica Rum is a Pure Pot Still rum with Navy Strength - i.e., 57% ABV. The rum is not chill-filtered, as the aim is to preserve the high complexity and full rum flavor that often disappears during this process. A number of cocktails can be made using Smith & Cross Traditional Jamaica Rum, including the Million and The Doctor. The recipes for these are on the back label of the bottle. 57% – 70cl.
