Sevablødda Bornholmer Dram
Sevablødda Bornholmer Dram is based on a over 100-year-old Bornholm tradition, where the thirsty throats of H. S. Munch were given this dram during refreshment breaks while ships were being hauled up onto the slipway. Sevablødda means "soften soap" and refers to the slipway, which was greased with soap, after which the workers received their own "blødda" to enjoy.
The traditional Sevablødda cherry dram from Bornholm is composed of various spirits, and it can be enjoyed as is, with desserts, and as an ingredient in cocktails. With spicy notes, cinnamon, cherry, and a hint of clove, this dram can be enjoyed on many occasions.
