Santos Dumont XO

Santos Dumont XO is made from freshly pressed sugarcane juice and is a blend from Brazil, Central America, and the West Indies. The final blend uses bourbon casks, PX sherry casks, and port wine casks, each contributing different notes to this sugarcane spirit.

Santos Dumont XO has aromas of banana, coconut, and apricot, among others. The taste reveals notes of honey and fermented fruit, and the finish is long and sweet.

Santos Dumont, who lived from 1873 to 1932, was an heir to a Brazilian sugarcane plantation and later became a legendary aviation pioneer, famously flying around the Eiffel Tower in an airship in 1901. 40% ABV - 70 cl.

Santos Dumont is a sugar cane spirit named after the Brazilian aviation pioneer, sportsman, and inventor Alberto Santos Dumont, who became world-famous when he flew around the Eiffel Tower in 1901. Santos Dumont came from a wealthy Brazilian family that cultivated coffee and sugar cane and produced rum and cachaça.
