Sancerre Blanc is a top-class white wine with an abundance of crispness and aroma. An eminently elegant Sancerre with an incredibly delicious fullness. Nose: Light peach with limestone. Taste: Refined interplay of lychee, rosewater, and kumquat with its fruity yet lightly spicy bittersweetness. Warm with a slight mineral bite on the finish. Enjoy it with shellfish and light fish types such as Dover sole and turbot, perhaps from the grill. Even with a little fresh goat cheese.
