Australia Handcrafted Rum from Danish Romdeluxe is a "new make" white rum, unaged, and presented at full distillation strength of 84% ABV. It comes from Killik Handcrafted Rum, a distillery dedicated to creating something truly unique in the world of rum.
Killik Handcrafted Rum hails from a somewhat unexpected but burgeoning rum scene: Belgrave, Victoria in Australia. It is a family-run distillery aiming to fill a gap in Australian rum. They strive to create products that are not only of top quality but also the most unique Australian rum one can find. They use wild fermentation to create a high ester character. Killik is the first dedicated rum distillery committed to this traditionally Jamaican style of rum production. Like in Jamaica, Killik also uses Pot Still distillation. 84% - 70 cl.
