Rhum J.M XO Vieux Agricole uses the purest spring water from Mount Pelée as a key ingredient. After fermentation, distillation takes place in 2 "Creole" copper column stills, producing 65-75% rum distillates, which are then aged in charred ex-bourbon oak barrels. Rhum J.M XO Vieux Agricole rum has an intense and sweet aroma with notes of spices and exotic fruits. The taste is round and fresh with notes of fruit tart and spices. Long and soft aftertaste with persistent spices. Rhum J.M XO Vieux Agricole has the bottling date on the back of the rum bottle and is particularly popular with those who also enjoy a good whisky or brandy. 45% – 70cl.
