Rhubarb Rosé is a fresh and sparkling rhubarb natural wine. Primarily brewed from rhubarb with added elderflower and hawthorn, which gives a lovely floral taste. Copenhagen Winery has won several awards and is known for their innovative approach to wine, which they produce from natural ingredients from the area around Copenhagen. In addition to Rhubarb Rosé organic sparkling flower wine, Copenhagen Winery is also behind a sparkling rosé made from organic blackcurrants and apples from Samsø called Power Woman. As the wine is fermented in the bottle, it may appear a little cloudy with some sediment. Organic. 4.1% alc - 75 cl.
