Pimm's Coupe Cocktail Kit

The best quality of Pimm's is its unique taste. Although best known for its role in the widespread Pimm's Cup, Pimm's fruit-based characteristics provide a very nice contrast when combined with smoky base spirits. 

This contrast is certainly evident in this surprising drink, where Pimm's is mixed with mezcal. Pimm's is usually combined with a sparkling mixer to make a light drink, but when you add it to this sour-like drink, it becomes super complex.

Recipe suggestion:

• 3 cl Mezcal
• 3 cl Pimm's No. 1
• 4.5 cl Freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 2.25 cl Sugar syrup
• Garnish: Lemon peel
• Garnish: Strawberries (fresh or dried)

The following are included in the cocktail package:

• 1 bottle Vida Mezcal Blanco
• 1 bottle Pimm's No. 1
• 1 bottle Giffard Sugar Syrup

Steps:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
• Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
• Garnish with a lemon peel and a fresh or dried strawberry.
