Patridom XO Limited Edition Pineau des Charentes Finish is based on Patridom XO, a "premium spirit drink" from the Dominican Republic, bottled by 1423 and distilled by Alcoholes Finos Dominicanos, made from fresh sugarcane juice and molasses. Patridom XO has aged for 12 to 15 years in a tropical climate in American and French oak barrels in the Dominican Republic.
This Patridom XO Limited Edition with Pineau des Charentes Finish has also undergone an additional continental maturation in ex-Pineau des Charentes casks, adding a fruity note. Patridom XO Limoux Cask Finish was bottled in June 2024, resulting in only 2,237 bottles.
When you first smell it, you will be met with dried tobacco notes blended with red berries and sweet vanilla. Upon first taste, you will immediately notice sweetness and fruity notes of ripe plums and golden honey. 42% - 70 cl.
