Patridom XO Limited Edition Marsala Finish is based on Patridom XO, which is a "premium spirit drink" from the Dominican Republic, bottled by 1423 and distilled by Alcoholes Finos Dominicanos, made from fresh sugarcane juice and molasses. Patridom XO has matured for 12 to 15 years in a tropical climate in American and French oak barrels in the Dominican Republic.
This Patridom XO Limited Edition with Marsala Cask Finish has furthermore undergone an extra continental aging in ex-Marsala casks, which adds a rich and creamy note. Patridom XO Marsala Cask Finish was bottled in June 2024, resulting in only 2,237 bottles.
When you first smell it, you will be met by rich caramel and soft vanilla with subtle hints of dried fruit and tobacco. On first taste, you will immediately notice creamy vanilla and brown sugar, beautifully balanced with notes of ripe apricot and golden honey. 42% - 70 cl.
