Mr. Rhubarb Organic Sparkling Alcohol-Free - Copenhagen Winery

Mr. Rhubarb is created using organic Danish rhubarb, gently cold-pressed to preserve its fresh and natural flavour. The rhubarb juice is then fermented with an aromatic herbal extract of lavender flowers, elderflowers, and apple juice, which adds depth and floral notes. The taste is rounded off with a hint of vanilla and light caramel syrup, giving it a semi-dry character with lively acidity, freshness, and an elegant, balanced sweetness.

Copenhagen Winery was founded in 2016 by Søren and Morten with a clear ambition: to produce Denmark's best-tasting organic apple cider. This vision quickly bore fruit, and in 2019, the winery was honoured with two gold medals and the title "Best Fruit Wine 2019."
Today, Copenhagen Winery is known as an innovative Danish winery that works purposefully to capture the taste of Danish nature.
