Mosgaard Oloroso Single Malt Whisky
Mosgaard Organic Single Malt Whisky Oloroso Cask is made from Danish, organically grown barley malt and, after an extra long fermentation, has been distilled twice in a specially built copper pot still. This results in a clean new spirit that already has Mosgaard's characteristic notes of malt, peach and apples.
With Mosgaard Organic Single Malt Whisky Oloroso Cask, you get a whisky that has matured in a small, specially built cask previously used for Oloroso Sherry. The small cask provides extra contact with the wood and thus faster maturation.
Mosgaard Organic Single Malt Whisky Oloroso Cask has intense flavour notes of malt, caramel, peach, dried fruits, nuts, pears and citrus.
This whisky is the only Danish whisky ever to receive a double Gold medal at the Berlin International Spirits Competition 2020 with 96 points. It has also contributed to Mosgaard being awarded the title of Best Danish Whisky Distillery in 2019, 2020 and 2021.

Mosgaard Whisky comes from the award-winning Danish micro-distillery Mosgaard on Southern Funen, where Gitte and Jes Mosgaard produce whisky from Danish, organically grown barley malt.
