Mosgaard Dry Gin

Mosgaard Dry Gin is distilled in an old, beautiful and idyllic disused farm in Southern Funen, right between fields and apple orchards, with a fantastic view of the Langeland Strait. Distilled from organic Danish barley malt and on custom-designed copper pot stills. Mosgaard Dry Gin is a relatively fresh gin, which is also balanced with a slight sweetness and finishes with a long, pleasant aftertaste with notes of citrus. Mosgaard Dry Gin is produced with juniper, licorice root, aniseed, almonds, cloves, black pepper, coriander seeds, lemongrass, fresh lemon peel, lime, and orange. Taste: fresh with a spicy sweetness, finishing with a long aftertaste of fresh citrus fruits. State-controlled organic. Winner of IWSC Silver 2017, Berlin ISC Silver 2018, IWSC Silver 2018. 40% - 50cl.

Try it as a classic Gin and Tonic with, for example, Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic and garnish with fresh mint leaves, fresh basil, lemon verbena, or lime.

Mosgaard Whisky comes from the award-winning Danish micro-distillery Mosgaard on Southern Funen, where Gitte and Jes Mosgaard produce whisky from Danish, organically grown barley malt. Mosgaard whisky is distilled twice in a custom-built copper pot still and then matured in custom-made small casks of 50/60 litres, which have often contained either bourbon or sherry.
