Monmarthe Privilege Brut Champagne Premier Cru Magnum 1.5L is the good life poured into a bottle - many would describe Champagne this way, and Monmarthe Privilege is a fantastic example. The wine is made from 50/50 Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. It ages for 3 years in the bottle before being released to the market. Thin, fine bubbles with aromas of peach and sea buckthorn, and a taste of honey and cherry.

The Champagne is made from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. A dosage of 8 g/liter sugar in the Brut for a balanced wine.

The Monmarthe family's Champagne roots go back 6 generations, all the way to 1737. They were there when the Napoleonic Wars raged across the European continent. The family owns vineyards in the small appellation of Lude in the northern part of Champagne.

Maison Monmarthe is Récoltant-Manipulant, meaning that unlike the larger, well-known houses, they cultivate their own grapes. This creates a focus on terroir and how the wine can highlight its special character. Maison Monmarthe is also HVE certified, which means they have a sustainable approach to viticulture. Finally, Maison Monmarthe owns one of the few vineyards approved by the Comité Champagne (CIVC) as a mother block for Chardonnay vines in Champagne. 12.5% - 1.5 L.
