The Japanese Ki No Bi Kyoto Dry Gin is a small-batch, handmade gin based on rice, yuzu citrus, hinoki wood, sansho pepper, and gyokuro tea, among other ingredients. In total, 11 botanicals are used in Ki No Bi Kyoto Dry Gin, resulting in a dry, well-balanced gin with a unique aroma/flavour and an aftertaste with light ginger notes. Ki No Bi also means "beauties of the seasons". 45.7% – 70cl.
