Karamel kompagniet har med sine engelske familietraditioner og en forædlet udgave af en hemmelig familieopskrift fra 1894 produceret deres håndlavede karameller i Gudhjem og Rønne på smukke Bornholm siden 2004.
Karamellerne er enkeltindpakket i komposterbart cellofan med OK Compost Home certifikat. Metaldåsen er produceret og trykt i Frankrig med Origine France Garantie. Dåsen er produceret med omtanke og kan genanvendes, når den er tom.
