Isle of Funen Stilhed Organic Single Malt Whisky
This 2026 release of Isle of Fionia Stilhed Oloroso Cask Finish Organic Single Malt Whisky is from Nyborg Destilleri and produced exclusively from their "new" pot still, which they acquired in 2017 (having distilled at Ørbæk until then).
The Isle of Fionia Stilhed whisky was initially aged in bourbon barrels, and it received a final maturation in Oloroso sherry casks. The bourbon barrels provide vanilla and soft oak, while the sherry cask adds dark and dried fruit as well as warm spices.
Eco-certified Danish whisky. Non-chill filtered - natural color. 46% - 70 cl.
