Isle of Fionia 12 Year Old Salt & Soul Single Malt Whisky
Isle of Fionia Salt & Sjæl is a Danish 12-year-old Single Malt Whisky from Nyborg Destilleri. This means that the whisky was distilled at Ørbæk in August 2013, before Nyborg Destilleri acquired its own pot still in 2017.
This is a limited edition single cask whisky with only 480 bottles in total. Isle of Fionia Salt & Sjæl was matured in a Manzanilla Butt for 12 years before being bottled at cask strength in August 2025.
When nosing this Isle of Fionia Salt & Sjæl Whisky, notes of salted nuts and Iberian ham emerge. The taste and finish have mineral and salty notes, as well as a nutty character.
Organic-certified Danish whisky. Non-chill filtered - natural colour. 56.7% - 70 cl.
