Isle of Fionia Lighthouse 15 Year Old Danish Single Malt Whisky
Only 104 bottles of this unique Isle of Fionia Fyrtårnet 15 year old Danish Single Malt Whisky have been produced by Nyborg Destilleri, and in fact, 15 years of aging is probably the oldest we have yet seen from a Danish whisky?!
The Isle of Fionia Fyrtårnet 15 year old whisky is organic, non-chill filtered and "natural colour". Nyborg Destilleri has also chosen to bottle this ex-Oloroso single cask #1000299 at 55.3% abv, so you get extra bang for your buck.
When you nose the Fyrtårnet, you perceive fine aromas of raisins, dried fruit, vanilla, and honey. The taste is creamy with notes of honey and dried fruit, among others.
