Frederiksberg Brewery India Pale Ale is an English beer style created to withstand the long sea voyage to the British in India. The preservative properties of hops, along with a high alcohol content, allowed it to last on the journey to India, resulting in a beer style that was more bitter and rich in hop aroma. This India Pale Ale from Frederiksberg Brewery follows the same tradition. The focus is still on balancing the dry hop bitterness with the subtle sweetness from the malt. Hops: Chinook, Citra, Mosaic. Malt: pale malt. Alcohol content 5.8% IBU: 60. Contains barley malt. This edition is in 33cl.
