Hayman's London Dry Gin
Hayman's London Dry Gin is the culmination of Christopher's 40 years of experience distilling gin, and it reflects Christopher's belief that the traditional gin style is still the best. The gin is thus made according to an old family recipe and contains 10 different botanicals - including juniper, lemon peel, orange peel and coriander, angelica, cassia cinnamon, nutmeg and licorice. The oils and essences of the plants are steeped into the gin before distillation and the result is a classic gin in the best sense – fresh, crisp and elegant with lovely citrus notes. Hayman's London Dry Gin won double gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2014.
