Great Dane 5-year-old rum is made from sugarcane molasses from Barbados and distilled at Foursquare Rum Distillery. The rum has then aged for 5 years in old American bourbon oak casks - 3 years in a tropical climate and 2 years in Denmark at colder temperatures. Great Dane 5 years Rum is a sweet rum with 20 grams of sugar per litre. On the nose, there is freshly baked bread, gingerbread, vanilla, dried fruit, and dry oak. The rum has a sweet taste of dried fruit, caramel, raisins, icing sugar, ripe bananas, and honey. 40% - 70 cl.
