Grapefruit slices can elevate your drink to another level in two ways. They provide a beautiful visual touch, and just as we eat with our eyes, the same applies to drinks. And because the grapefruit slices still contain aromas and oils that are released when they come into contact with liquid. It can also be quite fun to simply experiment and let impressions surprise you.

To get the most out of your fruit slices and spices, we recommend following some simple steps.
1. Choose a large glass with a large surface area. This allows the aromas to reach your nose more easily.
2. Fill your glass with plenty of ice cubes and swirl them around to chill the glass.
It's important to have plenty of ice in your gin and tonic. When there's a lot of ice, your drink stays cooler for longer.
This means less water melts into the drink.
3. Place your fruit slices and spices between the ice cubes and add your gin.
4. Swirl the ice cubes, gin, and your garnish around in the glass again - for as long as you can resist your thirst.
This releases oils and aromas from the fruit slices, allowing them to infuse into the gin and the glass.
5. Add your tonic very slowly.
6. Let the flavours distribute for a minute.
7. Serve - cheers!
