Glengoyne 10 Year Old Single Malt Whisky

Glengoyne 10 Years Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a fruity and elegant whisky. At Glengoyne ("Glen Guin" or glen of the wild geese), unlike most others, barley is dried with warm air instead of peat, ensuring no peat smoke in the whisky. Glengoyne's slow distillation and carefully selected European and American oak casks result in a whisky with notes of green apples, toffee, hints of popcorn and nuts, and a touch of liquorice and wood. Adding a drop of water brings out notes of linseed oil and almonds. 40% – 70cl.

Glengoyne

The Glengoyne distillery is located in the Scottish Highlands and received its license for whisky production in 1833. It is said that Glengoyne whisky is one of the very few whiskies from Scotland that does not have peat smoke. The whisky is aged in sherry casks and generally has a relatively fruity character. The Glengoyne range includes, among others, the 10-year-old and 12-year-old single malt scotch whisky.
