El Dorado 21 year old rum has been called "A monumental aged rum, one of the world's greatest rum experiences" - this is how The Beverage Tasting Institute of Chicago summarised their appreciation of El Dorado 21 Year Old Special Reserve. It is designed for true rum connoisseurs with its warm nuances, best enjoyed slowly on its own - and shared with a few very special friends. The Master Blender specially blends selected rums that have been aged for at least 21 years and made from the Enmore wooden Coffey still, the Versailles single wood pot still, and the Albion Savalle still.
Tasting notes: Aroma of luscious, tropical fruits and spices with hints of honey and dark sugar. Complex and full-bodied taste with rich notes of fruit and spices.
