Don Zoilo Amontillado Sherry 15 years is from the Williams & Humbert sherry house, founded in 1877 by Alexander Williams together with his brother-in-law Arthur Humbert. William & Humbert today own over 350 hectares of vineyards in the Jerez region, and it is the largest Bodega in Europe. The Bodega has over 55,000 American oak barrels used for aging sherry, brandy, and rum.
Don Zoilo Amontillado Sherry 15 years represents the dry sherry style, and it is suitable for hors d'oeuvres, mature cheese, cured ham, and chorizo.
