Dolin Sweet Vermouth
Dolin Rouge is a French vermouth that is suitable for cocktails such as a classic Negroni or a Manhattan, but it is also an interesting experience when enjoyed neat as an aperitif with ice. Dolin uses 30-40 herbs and botanicals to produce its red vermouth, and they stand out by reportedly using a higher percentage of wine in their vermouth versions. Dolin Vermouth Rouge has an aroma of dried fruits such as blackcurrants, raisins, and figs, as well as a slightly floral character. The taste has a subdued sweetness with floral notes and finishes with a pleasant bitterness.
