Dictador Solera Distillery Icon Reserve 20 Year undergoes fermentation and is then distilled in steel columns and filled into oak barrels, where it is aged using the solera method. Finally, the rum is bottled under the highest quality control. Nose: Firm with soft caramel, vanilla, smoky honey, toffee, dried seeds, roasted coffee. Dictador Solera Distillery Icon Reserve 20 Year taste: very soft and round with caramel vanilla, cocoa, roasted honey, and with a high, rare texture and extraordinary complexity, unique to Dictador rum. Dictador Solera Distillery Icon Reserve 20 Year rum won gold at the International Rum Expert Panel 2010 in Miami. 40% – 70cl.
